The Trans-Pecos Pipeline: A Devisive Issue for High-Chihuahuan Desert Residents

According to an article in the Odessa American,

“The Trans-Pecos Pipeline proposed for the Big Bend region has yet to bring any natural gas through bucolic mountains and prairie, but it did bring conflict to otherwise sleepy communities of ranchers, artists and other residents of the high-Chihuahuan desert,”
