Meet Bijorn Fredrickson, Conservation Director, New Mexico Wild

Join us for an inspirational evening at the monthly meeting of the Chihuahuan Desert Education Coalition on Thursday, February 26th. This special gathering will kick off with a Meet and Greet followed by a captivating presentation from Bijorn Fredrickson, the Conservation Director at New Mexico Wild.

Bijorn will share the incredible work happening in southern New Mexico, covering essential topics like the protection of Otero Mesa, the Gila Wild and Scenic River campaign, efforts for the recovery of the Mexican gray wolf (lobo), Wildlands inventory, and the USDA’s move to rescind the Roadless Rule—along with its implications for Gila and Lincoln National Forests.
