I grew to love the Westside Open Reserve park in the Three Hills Area west of Franklin High School during the early days of the Covid when I worked from home and would walk the trails on an almost daily basis. If you have hiked the trails in the park you know that there all all kinds of problems including litter, illegal camping, dog poop, vandalism and overall neglect. To help address these problems I’m planning to create all kinds of online information about the park at https://iloveparks.com/ and would like to invite others to be involved as content providers and influencers. If you would like to help, please contact me.

I encourage you to read my blog post on the purple desert if you haven’t seen it because the park right now is very dry with many plants and wildlife under stress from the drought.
